After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. I am so lucky to stay in a dorm with 6 girls and 1 boy. And I met a really nice girl there!
