As noted, the rooms are small; however, they are well designed in that there are nooks and crannies as well as hooks that help keep everything organized and handy.
The location is excellent, around the corner from the Spittelmarkt U-bahn station. There are eateries near the station--a bakery, konditorei and bierstube restaurant. It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.

Very nice design hotel - nice big room - good location close to U-bahn, restaurants and close to Alexander Platz (10 minutes walk). Quit area.
Free wifi - worked best in the lounge. Will absolutely stay there again when returning to Berlin !

Clean room, small but practical. Loads of bars/resteraunts just up the road, plus there was a market round the corner on certain dates. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed
