  The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. (From the main station you could take no. 16 and 17 which will stop just in front of the hotel. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.
