They helped us in everything we asked they went above and beyond. Germans are very rude but we felt very welcome in this hotel. They clean our room every day and changed our linens. - The hotel is not actually so far from the center, normal walking in 20 min you are in the old town. we also found that is very close to the place where Oktoberfest fair and attractions are taking place - is good to book well in advance if you intend to come for this occasion. The breakfast very good, rich, a lot of juices, but not too many fruits. The internet costs 5 euro per day. The receptionists were all nice persons.
