The lady in charge is excellent and went out of her way to help, even after we left (my wife forgot her jacket which got locked inside on leaving at 03:00 am. She sent it by post. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious ,everything is perfectly clean. The location is close to city center and main ports by walking. But the area is so queit and peaceful, which make us experience the local life. The host is sweet and patient always. We love here! -
The apartment is gorgeous and spacious for one or two people. I loved having a washing machine as i was travelling for a few weeks. The area around felt very safe with some lovely local restaurants and services nearby. The publuc transpirt access was really handy as well.

Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. The room was quite large and very clean, the bathroom very modern (the tv was a nice touch!) and breakfast very delicious!

The location is the best in Helsinki right by the harbour. The hotel is a luxury boutique sized hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. apartment was just a few minutes from city center. staff was very very helpful. very polite and when i had router problems even offered to drop by the apartment same day to check it out and fix it....in short: Everything was excellent! -
If you come late at night keys can be picked up on the train station (till 22.00) or at the airport (24/7)

Perfect location, just a five-minute walk from the station and about 10 minutes to the Esplanade. Cozy, clean, well-occupated nice furnished modern room. Stable wi-fi connection in the room. Nice bed, choice of pillows. Pretty good hair-dryer in the bathroom. Friendly staff but that is usual for Finland I think. -

Staff was kind and room clean, comfortable and soundproof, though the hotel is located directly on the street and just above the pub.
After check out they were also so kink to keep our (cabin size) luggage for the morning.
