I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome. Like I asked for a milk for the in-room tea and they had no sachets left so they fetched me a jug of fresh milk from the restaurant; that kind of thing.

The hotel position is great just few blocks away from central station.
Staff was kind and room clean, comfortable and soundproof, though the hotel is located directly on the street and just above the pub.
After check out they were also so kink to keep our (cabin size) luggage for the morning.

Little store nearby with hot food even at night made up for no room service.

Very good quality, well equipped apartments with great views in a central location. Terrace will be lovely in the summer months (we visited in November). Good walks, restaurants, shopping and most sites close-by. Please note that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so no breakfast or cleaning provided but there is an excellent Fazer cafe next door.

The design of the room was just perfect... We wished we could have notleft! Modern Nordic design even in the wooden bathroom. Ahjo lounge barwas really good. Staff very pro and helpful (latest is rare in Finland).And the breakfast in the bedroom was amazing. Very good impression forthis hotel. Honestly for knowing the other 4/5 stars hotels around:

The location is the best in Helsinki right by the harbour. The hotel is a luxury boutique sized hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. It has a decent spa. The Havis restaurant and the very old Sundmans Krog brasserie are lovely. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. apartment was just a few minutes from city center. staff was very very helpful. very polite and when i had router problems even offered to drop by the apartment same day to check it out and fix it....in short: Everything was excellent! -
