  Butterfly Farm was set in lovely surroundings, and perfectly placed to enable us to vista many of the attractions along the Great Ocean Road. Our hosts - Karen and john were very welcoming and helpful. Our room had everything we could have wanted - including a fridge. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast set us up for the day ! It is in the country and so the place was very peaceful and calm. We loved the well kept lush green garden & the warm hospitality of the owners - very lovely people. The room was cozy with a separate lounge - very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was yummy with hot home cooked meal! Will definitely recommend it to our friends & family.

  Staff very, very friendly. Very gorgeous cottage with very cosy atmosphere. With public transport (busstop just outside the B&B) and train to Flinders Station within 30 minutes. Lovely little shampoo/conditioner and soap in very clean ensuite. Breakfast included in price was fantastic, with lots of choice.
