  Butterfly Farm was set in lovely surroundings, and perfectly placed to enable us to vista many of the attractions along the Great Ocean Road. Our hosts - Karen and john were very welcoming and helpful. Our room had everything we could have wanted - including a fridge. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast set us up for the day ! The room was cozy with a separate lounge - very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was yummy with hot home cooked meal! Will definitely recommend it to our friends & family.

  Staff very, very friendly. Very gorgeous cottage with very cosy atmosphere. With public transport (busstop just outside the B&B) and train to Flinders Station within 30 minutes. Nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also right by the waterfront with fantastic view over Melbourne City.   Chose this B&B as was close to the wharf for our dinner cruise. Lovely walk to the dock. Owner was very friendly. The room was charming with period furniture and very clean. Lovely little shampoo/conditioner and soap in very clean ensuite. Breakfast included in price was fantastic, with lots of choice.
