  The location, the staff, the restaurant. The setting is beautiful, and Daylesford is a very pretty country town. The staff were helpful and attentive. There was a problem with some shampoo my wife bought from the hotel (they gave her the wrong thing, but she didn't find out until we got home almost 2 weeks later). We ate there both nights, and had brea - Beautiful location on Lake Daylesford. Peaceful walks around the lake. Very comfortable room with attractive decor and lighting. Great bathroom facility with heated floor! Attentive, caring and friendly staff. Wonderful restaurant with exceptional ambience. A very pleasurable experience overall.

  Lonsdale Views is faultless. Sue met us on arrival and we found her so warm and welcoming. Every little detail for a comfortable and luxurious stay for guests has been taken into account. My husband and I stayed for our wedding night and loved it. In the morning we were informed by the owner that a taxi wouldnt come pick us up as where we wanted to go wasnt a big enough fair for them, so she drove us back to our reception venue and when we offered her money she declined. You couldnt ask for better customer service. It was amazing.
