The Executive one bedroom apartment was great - 709. Spacious with a decent kitchen. The bathroom was very large - very suitable for someone with a disability. There bed was comfortable. the apartment was clean and tidy. The room looked at the Art Centre spire which looked great lit up at night. -

Staff make or break any business and with that there is clean, hygienic - for me there is no compromise.

A group of friends had a great stay in a spacious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. An upgrade I could get used to!!

The staff there are so wonderful! They really pay attention to your individual needs and are so lovely to be around and do business with. 10/10 I will definitely go back. Plus it is not over priced and the accommodation is in these really cute little bungalows with your own parking, very comfortable bed and room with a large bathroom.

Kevin and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with from our check in to our check out 2 days later... The best 1 1/2 hr wine tasting in the region.. Lotus Villa was everything that we wanted. The restaurant was exceptional. Nothing to fault. Will definately be back again soon!

Prior to staying I had to upgrade our room to a one bedroom apartment and the staff were fantastic in communicating the new change and accommodating my request. The room itself was a little outdated but it was probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. I've stayed in 5 star resorts and thus place was soooooo clean!

Life size snakes and ladders,drafts ,pool with water slide and although a little tired and play ground. A few hundred metres to cowes Main Street . staff so friendly and helpful.
