This was our second stay at the Amora. We were upgraded to the suite with a spa. It was very spacious, had a very comfortable king size bed, separate lounge area and a view across to Hawthorne. We arrived late night and we have kind a problem at the front desk and its been fixed so the next morning Mr Garry Meginess the Duty Manager he included buffet breakfast for the duration of our stay plus internet

The Executive one bedroom apartment was great - 709. Spacious with a decent kitchen. The bathroom was very large - very suitable for someone with a disability. There bed was comfortable. the apartment was clean and tidy. The room looked at the Art Centre spire which looked great lit up at night. -

Staff make or break any business and with that there is clean, hygienic - for me there is no compromise.
Adina management is to be congratulated for looking after their people and maintaining happy staff.
Staff who love going to work in turn make for happy and satisfied customers.

A group of friends had a great stay in a spacious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. An upgrade I could get used to!!
Found the location to be very central with leisurely walk to many attractions and trams.

An anniversary weekend away was made very special at this motel by Carol whose spontaneous help & co-operation enabled our daughter to supply us with Champagne & the most scrumptious cheese platter - all of which Carol had organised as a result of a phone call from our daughter - now that is customer service at the highest level! The staff there are so wonderful! They really pay attention to your individual needs and are so lovely to be around and do business with. 10/10 I will definitely go back. Plus it is not over priced and the accommodation is in these really cute little bungalows with your own parking, very comfortable bed and room with a large bathroom.

Loved the layout of the cabin. Great couches...very comfy & stylish. Loved that we were situated next to the bbq...unfortunately we didn't have ugh time to make use of it!! Loed that there was TV in the master bedroom!! Loed that our 2 teens had separate rooms!! -

Good location for our trip from Sydney to Melbourne. We found the staff very helpful and the ambience at Lindenwarrah wonderful after a days driving. We had a very bad experience once before so we were pleasantly surprised and happy with the visit. -

The refurbished room was just lovely and very creatively designed with the balcony outside in a confined but useful space. Staff were really wonderful and we would certainly stay again. It would be our first pick of places in Bairnsdale. -

Fantastic We looked at a few places in the Yarra ranging from high end
to budget accommodation we decided on wild cattle creek after we did a
review check on the 3 we liked we thought we would be safe. It was an
awesome surprise when we arrived and found how cool the accommodation

Kevin and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with from our check in to our check out 2 days later... The best 1 1/2 hr wine tasting in the region.. Lotus Villa was everything that we wanted. The restaurant was exceptional. Nothing to fault. Will definately be back again soon!

Prior to staying I had to upgrade our room to a one bedroom apartment and the staff were fantastic in communicating the new change and accommodating my request. The room itself was a little outdated but it was probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. I've stayed in 5 star resorts and thus place was soooooo clean!
The staff were friendly too.

Our room had no traffic noise or noise from adjacent rooms. Breakfast was delivered on time.The room facilities were more than adequate for our requirements.Local facilities were within easy walking distance and other attractions were only a short drive away.

As I am currently in a wheelchair and had noted this in the instructions
- I was delighted that they put me in a King room with a disabled
friendly bathroom. This made a huge difference to the trip as everything
was made so much easier. The gym facilities for my husband were

Everything, it was the perfect night after our wedding, the room was amazing and the views were spectacular. The staff were so friendly and happy to assist with everything and anything. The breakfast the next morning was beautiful. I will never stay in any other hotel again other than the Grand Hyatt...

The Clean, Crisp Fresh look of the room, with the choice of extra pillows and blankets, The Beds were comfy and clean.... I liked how there is a Kettle, toaster and some supplies, and if u stay more than 1 night you do receive more tea bags & coffee, fresh towels if needed, the Staff are More than HAPPY To HELP, this was our 2nd Stay here and we will be returning again very soon :)

The cottage we had was extremely clean ,bright and fully self contained. Definitely the place for kids. Life size snakes and ladders,drafts ,pool with water slide and although a little tired and play ground. A few hundred metres to cowes Main Street . staff so friendly and helpful. Next time on the island we will be staying there again. -
