  The hotel was more than I was expected. Came with my husband and 3 small children (including an infant). The rooms were clean, fresh and so spacious...They had put a cot in the room on request. The staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.   The staff were brilliant, very friendly towards children. Breakfast was good, more than enough choice with continental option, my partner had full English which was cooked to order. Sammy the waitress was lovely and even got fried bread for our daughter! Room was clean, bathroom spotless and giant tv a bonus, especially with the children.   I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.
