Excellent value with personal touch when compared to corporate "spa" hotels. -
The hotel offered everything needed. Our room was spacious, excellently equipped with clothes storage space, good bathroom, separate dressing room, quiet, flat screen TV , Wifi, hairdryer, mirrors, tea-making facilities, attractive garden. Nothing was missing. Well-cooked breakfast. Friendly owners. Spotlessly clean.

Everything, value for money was fantastic, location was fantastic, the best short break we have had. Food was first class and the rooms clean and comfortable. we will definately use Holiday Inn in future. - The staff were very friendly. check in and check out was very quick. would stay here again and recommend the hotel to friends.

Top quality hotel at very reasonable rates. Modern comfortable rooms well furnished with all facilities including iron and ironing board. (why don't all hotels provide this?) Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before.
Good quality TV in the room.
The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too.
In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.

I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

Car parking was good and the extensive grounds were very well maintained. Bar was ok and staff friendly. Breakfast was freshly prepared and of excellent quality with a good selection of cereals.
