very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night but would definitely go a gain. Very spacious room with three single beds or one double and one single. En suite shower was modern and clean. Breakfast was substantial. Shared table with other guests. Convenient for dining out, pubs, restaurant with in easy walking distance. -

This guest house was lovely. We felt really welcome and 'at home' here. Although the rooms were not big they were clean with lots of towels (including face cloths which we have not been offered in any hotel here). Linen spotless, beds really comfortable. A superb family run hotel ideally located to visit the surrounding area within easy walking distance to the town centre and main attractions. The breakfast was plentiful and was cooked and served at your requested time. Will for sure return to the area and will stay here again. The bedrooms were large and comfortable despite being on the main road you still do get a good night rest. A major plus it does have its own parking.

Our room was in the old barn building, room No.1. Yes there is road noise but only for the start / finish of the working day after that the road is fairly quiet. The owners are really kind and helpful. They even offer to pick you and even take you to the airport, train station and even the NEC. Enjoyed our stay there had a delicious breakfast and were even offered a packed lunch to take with us for our return flight. It's a homely environment with clean rooms. Suggest the place to whoever wish to stay in a quiet yet homely envirinment :)

I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

Although we didn't have the time to haveour evening meal there (due to our late arrival, caused by delayedtrains etc), we made sure we had the full buffet breakfast , which Imust say was absolutely fabulous!!
