On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating!
The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us. We stayed over a weekend and as the hotel is situated within the City the streets were empty and the surroundings very quite. have to say I liked it very much! I arrived there at 9 am and was given
a room although the check-in time starts from 14:00! The room was
soooooo lovely, so comfortable, clean, modern. Yes, quite small, but
more than enough for one person, I loved everything about my room! The
towels and linen were changed every day. Very comfortable bed! 1,5
months have passed but I'm still dreaming about the bed :) Very

Location is outstanding, on a very quiet street of all small hotels with a park the length of the street. Very close to Paddington. Good pubs and restaurants steps away from hotel. The receptionist made us feel at home once we checked in. Very helpful
and cheerful, even managed to get us the discounted ticket and beat the
queue at London Zoo! And the location was perfect! Short walking
distance from Paddington station, in the middle of bus lane, surrounded
by lush garden and near to good restaurants. Oxford street is 20 mins
away max by bus.

The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. Location! A short walk across Kensington Park to the V&A Museum and
other great collections. Good tube connections to Queensway Station just
a few minutes walk away in a "safe" area of London. Good
shopping and eating locally or a couple of stops away on the tube. The
continental breakfast is simple but adequate with reasonable quality
product on offer. Despite my adverse comments I would short stay here
again. I have seen worse hotels in the area and the management of the
Troy should raise
