Great location just around the corner from Warwick Avenue tube, so you're only a few stops away from the centre of London. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and we we're upgraded to the JFK suite. of London, away from the fray yet still very chic and very city, with
lots of trees. We were welcomed into the room by classical music playing
on a cd player near the door! Gorgeous building. Helpful staff who are
focused on customer service, which seems to be a lost art these days.

Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. Highly recommended for those arriving at Paddington station.
