Lovely warm welcome from Danny, peaceful and relaxing feel of the hotel, smelt nice, immaculate and clean with lovely decor, pretty room with nice en-suite (fluffy towels!) comfy bed and clean crisp bed linen. The hotel is situated very close to the railway station and town centre making it ideal for rail users. Decor is of a high standard and to a modern taste.   I had a fantastic value short break at Hotel Vienna with my daughter. In a good location near the north pier not to far from the town centre and the Tower. The full english breakfasts are brilliant!   Craig & Alex were wonderful hosts and could not do enough for us. Rooms were lovely, breakfast plentiful and coffee and biscuits on arrival was a lovely touch. Definately coming back next year!!

  The couple who run St James' are lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped.Breakfast was well cooked with a choice of kippers as well as full English , good selection of cereal and plenty of toast.
