First impressions count, and they are good. Paul, the landlord,
greeted me on arrival. He's friendly and just has that knack of
getting people.
Our room was quite spacious, for Blackpool B&B, and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and it was all clean.
Paul is always genuinely cheerful and always available. I'm not sure when he sleeps. H

We were travelling with our 2 young boys of 5 and 8 and were very pleased with the family room as it had an adjoining room for the boys so we all had lots of space.
We loved the spa bath!
Tram stop right outside the hotel made travelling up and down the promenade very easy!
Excellent value for money - we enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal - we will come back again if we can find the same deal of £105 per night half-board for a family room.

Fantastic welcome, hotel owners really nice and friendly people. Went out of their way with advice of local parking and restaurants. Hotel rooms immaculate and really good breakfast! The location of the hotel. Staff tried their best to be very helpful but I feel they did not get very much support so felt a little bit sorry for them. No problems with comfort as slept very well. -

From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room.

we stayed for one night only to attend a concert at winter gardens the location was fab really close the hotel was really clean and presentable the staff were lovely and offered to do our breakfast one hour early as we all had to get to work the manager said we are very flexible they certainly were ten out of ten and a truly delicous quality english breakfast was served would not hesitate to stay again thank u all at the carlton the lumbs
