Fitness/gym facilities and pool. All staff very friendly and helpful - It was good to find a hotel with a decent size sauna, swimming pool, steam room and a jacquzzi, all of which worked and were clean. The changing room were very very good for this type of hotel

The staff were very polite and willing to help. The cleanliness in the room was fantastic. Generally, a very pleasent experience and one of the best hotels I have stayed in. - Was put in a room on 4th floor but smealt of someone smoking advisedreception and moved straight away. Good Customer care

Bardzo syte sniadanie. - The triple room was spacious and comfortable. The bar stayed open as long as there were paying guests there and the staff were friendly and helpful.. - value for money..the excellent service and politness from the stay...also location was great

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything. Reservation did not have to be searched for. Registration form was waiting for my signature. Breakfast was an excellent choice, good quality, quick with excellent service. - The staff went out of their way to help, particularly the reception staff who gave directions for my onward journey
