  The room was exactly like it was advertised. It was comfortable and clean. Shower was spotless. More hotels should be made like this!!! The staff were friendly and pleasant.   In a quiet residential area away from the main roads, with onsite parking and a short drive to Birmingham city centre. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and the lady was very helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Overall great value for money.
