  The staff were very polite and willing to help. The cleanliness in the room was fantastic. Generally, a very pleasent experience and one of the best hotels I have stayed in. - Was put in a room on 4th floor but smealt of someone smoking advisedreception and moved straight away. Good Customer care

  This was my second stay here (and I've booked for a third in September) and it was as good as the first time. Friendly staff, good food, nice beer and a very clean and comfortable bed. - The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Also they were cheerful. The room was nice and clean, but was a bit to hot for me.

  The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything. All in all a positive experience. - Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice decor throughout the hotel. Within easy reach of city centre (just a few minutes).
