  Excellent location. 2 mins to bus station and approx 10 mins of enjoyable walk to gondola. Both Mr and Mrs Maruyama treating us like family, we feel like we have a mother looking after us in Hakuba. Great inside/outside Onsen within the hotel, and the included Japanese and Western breakfasts were buffet style and had a good range to choose from.
