  Recommended! The staff are very nice!! The room is big and clean. The location is very good, just walk for 3min can take the lift chair or gondola to mountain of Hakuba Goryu. Definitely will visit again next year! - Very friendly and helpful owners.Really nice people

  Well we booked this hotel mainly because we wanted to utilize the patio hot tub and when we arrived we were told pipes were frozen so we could not use it. Pretty bummed out but at least they refunded us for half the cost of the room because of that. Other than that it was a nice cozy room, used the fire place and relaxed. Nice design and very helpful staff. The hot snack and beverages are like god-sent when you come back after all the hard work on the slope!!
