  Comfortable,spacious [superior double] room and bathroom. The provision of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a plus for Italy. The hotel is not too far from the town centre and also conveniently near the train & bus stations as we were using Udine as a base for see - Excellent modern hotel near to the center of Udine. Quiet location. Rooms with individually adjustable air condition. Large windows. Big beds with very good mattresses. Nice outdoor terrace to take a drink in the evening. Comfortable parking in garage of hotel. Breakfast very good. Absolutely recommendable.

The breakfasts were fantastic with wide variety of food, staff behind the desk friendly and helpful, cleaning staff friendly, rooms spotlessly cleaned and made everyday, close to train.   The staff were so helpful at the desk. I accompanied my 84 yr old mother and we stayed 1 week. They helped with telephone numbers, train travel information, helped with internet connections and cancellations of flights and accomm in Rome due to change of itinerary.   The location was superb, the staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable albeit I would have preferred a external view. Would book again, for weekend or short city break. What you see is what you get. No complaints at all. Just a short advisory could be added to the listing to help travellers arriving by bus or train. Both stations a... co mówią ludzie » re within 5 mins walk but unless you have a city map or speak a little Italian could be awkward to find. - Apartment located close to train station, easy to walk and also close to the centre by foot. The apartment was huge and very clean. Reception staff were friendly and polite and should you wish to leave luggage of your check out day that's no problem. Would stay here again if we were in Trieste. There is a bar/cafe just next door but we didn't use it so cannot comment. There is also a supermaket very close by on the next block.

  We got in very late due to airline delay..and they were wonderful in holding our room and getting us into the hotel room. The breakfasts were fantastic. The room price was worth every dollar. They even helped us avoid an 18 Euro parking fee every day by telling us about the very reasonable metered parking lot right across the street. The views wer... co mówią ludzie » e great. The location was perfect. You can walk everywhere from the Savoia. A perfect jumping off place to go to Croatia and Slovenia. We have been to - The location of the hotel on the waterfront and in the center of historical amenities are two reasons to stay here. The city bus services are conveniently located just outside the hotel's doors. The hotel is located in an historical building (we had a balcony facing the water) with rooms that were immaculate and whose staff were very helpful. An added bonus was that our car rental office was only a few minutes' walk from the hotel.
