One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day. The room was so beautiful and fully equipped. Although the bathrooms are shared, they are clean and nice designed. Breakfast is included and there is a fridge and microwave oven for you to use. The hotel is located very near the central station and market is in walking distance. -

The hotel was simply perfect! Ultra-modern design, clean and light room with free internet, orthopedic chair, tea and cofee making facilities, 'smart' bed, lots of amenities in bathroom etc. Excellence for as little as 70 Euro per night. The best hotel ever! - Very good modern hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Close by bus to the city centre.

The room was a good size - double for one and comfortable. The bathroomwas very nicely appointed and clean. The breakfast was good with anassortment of espresso options. They had an English speaking staffmember available at all times and all of the front desk staff waspersonable.

The beautiful decor. The room was just beautiful! And also the staff went to special trouble to get us breakfast at 5:30 in the morning. It was very conveniently located for us to get our early AM flight. - I arrived late at night and had an easy check-in. The room wasremarkable, excellent. Breakfast was great in the morning, and easycheck-out.

Our room was beautifully decorated. The owners were friendly and
welcoming. The breakfast spread was fantastic and we enjoyed the little
extras of having some scrambled eggs. It is located in the quieter part
of Florence (across the river) but you can easily catch a bus to the
train station/city centre, as well as up to Piazza Michelangelo
(tickets cost €1.20 for 90 mins).

It's a quiet place with Arno river view, Florence bridges very
clean, the staff is very nice, and helpful. After a long day in the
attraction you can relax in your room looking the river and the other
side of the town. Few blocks away from the train terminal and
attraction. I really recommend this hotel if you visit Florence. Good
service in the breakfast, good espresso and delicious hot chocolate.
