A little ways from the bustling center of this not very bustling community. Pleasant room with a balcony overlooking the small-boat harbor. Our facilities were comfortable, kept scrupulously clean. The people at the desk were most helpful and (with the possible exception of a superlative example of "French reserve") a delight to ask about things.

We loved our time here. The owner of the hotel is a genuinely nice person who was very helpful. We had a balcony which gave us a lovely view of the bay. We did not book this room originally but we were offered this when we arrived, thank you.

Good sized apartment with a magnificent sea view. We could enjoy the view from the bedroom, the living room and the balcony, where breakfast was served at the designated time (they left it covered with a towel).
We didn't use many of the room facilities (the kitchen for instance) but what we used was in working order (shower for example).

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. We were very pleased with this hotel. It is an easy walk from the train station and the bus picks up just around the corner. This was a welcoming, most convenient, comfortable and quiet hotel - just what we wanted. Excellent airy, large room, with beautifully tiled bathroom. Someone on hand at all times during the day for advice and help - although a keypad system for after 10.00 pm. Reasonable value delicious breakfast taken in the garden - a really nice touch. We came to Nice for honeymoon and originally I booked a hotel by the
beach, till I saw Villa Vermorel's breathtaking scenary from our
bedroom. Thegreat service of the host and her cute granddaughter made
our stay really memorable. We also had a good chat with the guests of
the other room and it felt like a family. Nice port and old town is just
25 minutes away on foot, so we were happy to be able to exercise a bit
off the great food here. All in all I would highly recommend this place
to anyone
