Exciting opportunity to experience 19th century villa living. The
hillside setting is outstanding; complete with lovely gardens. The home
is impressive with its inlaid flooring and antique furnishings. Our room
had two floor-to-ceiling shuttered windows giving us a wonderful view of
the harbor and sea.

We came to Nice for honeymoon and originally I booked a hotel by the
beach, till I saw Villa Vermorel's breathtaking scenary from our
bedroom. Thegreat service of the host and her cute granddaughter made
our stay really memorable. We also had a good chat with the guests of
the other room and it felt like a family. Nice port and old town is just
25 minutes away on foot, so we were happy to be able to exercise a bit
off the great food here. All in all I would highly recommend this place
to anyone

On arrival we were greeted by the owner who ensured our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable. Outstanding, wonderful place to stay. Each room is artistically designed and the owner did most of the art. Very friendly reception and a warm, welcoming breakfast each day. Considering the high price of hotels in Nice, this is a wonderful difference both in terms of value but also in terms of a unique, one-of-a-kind gem of a Nice experience. Everything about my stay here was amazing. The location is perfect: immediately next to the beach on one side and the old town on the other. Breakfast is outstanding, and includes some homemade treats along with a stunning view of the water. The hosts Max, Lea and Remi are so kind and really make this place special.

Price of a motel, but services, location, and cleaniness of a resort.
The owner who run this place, Max, goes above and beyond. He even
emails me in advance of arrival to see if I needed any help. Breakfast
is provided free each morning, made with love. Ask for the quiche!
Location is right next to old town, which is better than the touristy
new town, but all walking distants to each other. And the place if
extremely clean.
