We rebooked this hotel for our second stay in Santiago as it is in a
good location, is good value for money and has good facilities. Most of
the staff were really helpful and friendly, and when we arrived we were
given maps of Santiago and information about free tours. There were
sufficient shared bathrooms and the roof terrace was great. The shar

Nice clean and big room, good athmosphere and nice common rooms with an
amazing roof terrasse in an old colonial house. Good breakfast and good
location (just close to mercardo central).

The great thing about the hotel is location. It's not a great hotel but for the price it's ok. It gets a lot of groups so be prepared for crowds. The did change the meats on the breakfast buffet everyday and it is enough to keep you going for the day. The TV has BBC World. -
Room facilities, especially the bathroom and the tv with many channels.
The food in the restaurant was also very good. The hotel's location
is great, you feel you are part of the city's life. Excellent staff

Staff was professional although not overly friendly and remained on duty until quite late. Breakfast was surprisingly good! High marks for bathroom cleanliness, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, hot water, elevator, wifi & the beds were not bad. Excellent location next to iconic Liguria Restaurant & Bar and Tobalaba metro station.

Very nice location, metro station out of the Hotel, mall and shops in a few meters. The room is nice but you listen early in the morning the noice of the street.the breakfast can be better but it is enaugh. In the room you listen the noice to prepare the breakfast.You can have a private parking asking the key on the reception.

It was an amazing place. We enjoyed very much our two nights in "Princesa Insolente Hostel". Staffs were very friendly (thanks Randall) and helpful. Everything was clean a tidy.
