We rebooked this hotel for our second stay in Santiago as it is in a
good location, is good value for money and has good facilities. Most of
the staff were really helpful and friendly, and when we arrived we were
given maps of Santiago and information about free tours. There were

Nice clean and big room, good athmosphere and nice common rooms with an

The great thing about the hotel is location. It's not a great hotel but for the price it's ok. It gets a lot of groups so be prepared for crowds. The did change the meats on the breakfast buffet everyday and it is enough to keep you going for the day. The TV has BBC World. -

Staff was professional although not overly friendly and remained on duty until quite late. Breakfast was surprisingly good! High marks for bathroom cleanliness, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, hot water, elevator, wifi & the beds were not bad. Very nice location, metro station out of the Hotel, mall and shops in a few meters. The room is nice but you listen early in the morning the noice of the street.the breakfast can be better but it is enaugh. In the room you listen the noice to prepare the breakfast.You can have a private parking asking the key on the reception.
