  The staff at Front desk. When I checked in , there was a staff name Jeromie. He was very welcoming and very helpful in checking in his system for a Room with good view. He had all chance for rejecting our request, but he didn't. Secondly during our stay , our room service was great where we felt every day we were given a new room (except our mess... co mówią ludzie » and baggages) . We also left a personal note of thanks to the room service team Donna and her team with the fornt office. Then the Restaurent Rumpels - I liked the hotel room, it was clean and very quiet. The staff were very friendly. I also loved the location its in walking distance to all main pubs and stores downtown. So I liked the hotel for the location.
