  The staff at Front desk. When I checked in , there was a staff name Jeromie. He was very welcoming and very helpful in checking in his system for a Room with good view. He had all chance for rejecting our request, but he didn't. We also left a personal note of thanks to the room service team Donna and her team with the fornt office. Then the Restaurent Rumpels - I liked the hotel room, it was clean and very quiet. The staff were very friendly. I also loved the location its in walking distance to all main pubs and stores downtown. So I liked the hotel for the location.

  Everything was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. A bit pricey though not for the budget conscience. - The staff were very good and we had a very good room definitely right up there with Delta standards.

  Everything, I always stay at hillview with sporting events, it's the best bang for your buck and I can keep the team together. It's very close to everything but still far enough away that the noise of St. John's don't keep you awake at night.   I had the pleasure of visiting a friend who was staying on the 1st floor. I can only comment on the room. I thought it was a 10. One of the nicest decorated/furnished rooms of any hotel I have stayed in. The bathroom white marble was stunning.
