Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection.
We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails.

The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and
comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an
excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is
ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent
"plus" for me. -
close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.

This is a very nice, modern Best Western property. The attention to detail including the pet treats and wipes in the lobby is a very nice touch and makes pet owners feel very welcome. The hot breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options beyond the common selection seen at most hotels. -

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We had our 13 year old yellow Lab with us and the staff were very attentive and kind to her. The room was super clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choice and the food was really good. The cinnamon buns were great! We would choose to stay here again. Also enjoyed the river walkway

decent size pool and a waterslide which my four year old loved. The Hot
tub and pool and area were all really clean which is often so rare. The
room was quiet and clean and the breakfast was actually quite tasty!

The Hotel is located by the Lonsdale Quay and the very regular sea bus across to Vancouver. The accommodation was very good, quiet away from the noise of the city. There is a very good market nearby for food and other goods. A range of restaurants can be found over the road from the hotel. There a bus terminus in the same area for buses into West Vancouver and around North Vancouver and the city. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

The room was attractive and very clean and roomy. We had a balcony with a mountain view and a microwave/fridge kitchenette stocked with dishes.
