The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company.
Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay.
Shuttle service was excellent.
Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.

The friendly staff, the indoor water park big pool and particularily the
kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door
wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room!
The housekeeping staff were friendly. The morning buffet. The piggy bank
my daughter was given. Safety deposit boxes in the office.

I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me. We had a early morning flight and wanted to stay close to the airport.
We returned the rental car and picked up their shuttle which we also
took the morning of our flight. The staff was very helpful and the close
location to the airport worked out well. We had dinner at the restaurant
attached at the hotel which was very good. -

The room was spotless, and the decor was modern. The hotel was literally the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. So close to the downtown but no downtown noise and no noise from the other guests - a complete luxury. I was so impressed I asked at the front desk and was told the rooms are double insulated so sound does not carry. -

Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize. The first night was a BBQ, together with the hot breakfasts a definite must-stay for next year! The rooms were spacious and the beds were exquisite!
