We've stayed with 2 little children.
The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat

had two different people at different times say good morning it was
awesome to feel that important, I even left my bracelet there and they

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. The room was well laid out for my purposes. I also liked the fact that the heat/air unit was on the quiet side, a nice change from other facilities that I've stayed at.

The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I've ever experienced. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. 2 short blocks to STephen Ave, the bustling street of shops and restaurants made it ideal. Ask for executive rooms on the tird floor that open on to the pool. Perfect!!! -
Very close to C-train, fantastic if you are here on business.

Awesome staff, very friendly and accommodating. The fellow from the
restaurant informed us that he wasn't open for business for another
hour and a half, but when he noticed how hungry we were, he took pity on
us and served a wonderful pizza. -

The room was perfect, the service from the front desk was great - they called after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent! Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this hotel! -

Everything about the EL was fantastic. I've stayed in budget accommodation and was sceptical about this one but my fears were put to rest when we walked into a clean room that didn't smell like cigarettes, even though the smoking rooms were 10 metres away. -

Rooms clean and have usual amenities like towels, iron, hair drier. Neither great nor poor. Fair value for price. Handy to rapid transit. Quiet except for a small group of noisy guests in hall for a couple of minutes. -

The Breakfast ! The Style of furniture. You just walk some 5 to 10 minutes, you ll find food store, and many service, restaurants, fast places etc Bus nr 3 takes you dowb town, or walking takes about 30 minutes

Parking and wifi were free. A very good breakfast was included with real crockery and cutlery, not plastic. Room was large and had fridge, two arm chairs and a coffee table. Located close to Downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. -
