  comfortable, clean, relaxing, the rooms were well decorated. I was very happy with our room. We wanted something affordable & close to the airport; this was both. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! The food was great quality ... hva folk sier » & quantity as well. - Upon arrival,check in staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought. Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due to an evening flight,it was honoured. Room was spacious and clean and breakfast in the restaurant was a little pricey but worth it.

  A family trip to the football game. Lost luggage Friday through almost check out on Sunday. Extremely helpful in any way they could even shuttling us to Target for razors, etc. - It's conveniently located to Chicago's North Shore. The bed is extremely comfortable and the walk in shower is a delight.
