People was friendly and we were hungry and gave us a number to call for food which was delicious. It was late at night so this place stays open until 4:00 a.m. so it was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice also. We only stay for the night but it was pleasant and we slept comfortable.

Upon arrival,check in staff were extremely efficient and friendly.
Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought.
Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due
to an evening flight,it was honoured. Room was spacious and clean and
breakfast in the restaurant was a little pricey but worth it.

I was attending the Marc Anthony concert at the Allstate Arena, the hotel is literally a four minute walk to the arena.Perfect location if you are attending a concert. No traffic jam, no hassles. The Two Bedroom Queen Suite was spacious, comfortable and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was really good with an array of options. Homemade waffles are a must! My good report today was based upon a previous stay there several years ago. I am specially commending Candlewood Suites Chicago today for waiving my cancellation charges. I booked the hotel one day in advance of a planned trip to Chicago which was cancelled due to a snowstorm.

The rooms were clean with a modern upgrade. Quiet area, very close to airport, and close enough to go downtown with out the hassle of downtown. All the amenity of home. Full size fridge, 2 top stove, microwave. Free wifi. Best place to stay. I would stay again on my next trip.

Very clean hotel and the art gallery feel of local artists was nice. The
rooms are spacious with a modern appeal as well as the bath area that
carries a spa like quality with an over size shower with a big over head
rain shower head. The quality of guests relation is very good with a we

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. I was
a stranded traveler, and the room had everything I needed to be
comfortable. There was a nice, fluffy bathrobe, and the bed was very
comfortable. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well-
stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was
very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was
top-notch.
