Metra train station is essentially on the property. $4.25 puts you at
Union Station inChicago in about half an hour. But it doesn't run
past about 20:30 iirc.
Shuttle to the airport was prompt and quick.
The included breakfast was far better than most cheap-business-hotels'.

Location is very good and the service is very good as well. We can leave our luggage in the Holiday inn for 4 days for free. The luggage storage service is very convenient for foreign visitors. As a reminder, if you have got O'hare airport, you need to call the Holiday Inn Express and ask for the shuttle to pick up you. Since we waited for around 1 hour and at last called the Holiday Inn Express for shuttle bus service.

I was attending the Marc Anthony concert at the Allstate Arena, the hotel is literally a four minute walk to the arena.Perfect location if you are attending a concert. No traffic jam, no hassles. The Two Bedroom Queen Suite was spacious, comfortable and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was really good with an array of options. Homemade waffles are a must!
