Friendly staff, good food. Having buffet meals. All the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The flexibility of changing details, in other words although not booked in for dinner being able to book with an hours notice. Let us have a room on arrival rather than make us wait till 3pm. needs refurbishment. Needs refurbishing and no shower in the room we had. We stayed 3 nights, and on two occasions we found there was no hot water in the morning!! Breakfast was pretty chaotic.No hot water for a 24 hour period and no gesture of recompense for this inconvenience until a formal complaint made. No shower arrangement in the bathrooms.Radio inoperative. Very shabby room and perennial smell of cooking in the room. No continental breakfast available. Very poor standard of furnishings and equipment in room.
