  The sauna, steam room and swimming facilities in this hotel are great.Even better than some five star ive stayed in. Close to shopping and ashort ride to wellington's bars and clubs. - The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, an excellent hotel and i'm sure i'll stay there again.

  Friendly, helpful staff, excellent food, nice accommodation ensuring that I felt relaxed by the time and enjoyed my time at Telford. - Room service was very good. Food came on time and tasted lovely.

  This hotel was advertised as a 3 star, but it was a better standard than most 4 star hotels we have stayed in recently. The staff were lovely. The food excellent, and the room was fantastic. The best value for money hotel we have stayed in. - The whole experience was absolutely excellent. Food was expensive butout of this world. Excellent friendly andefficient staff. - it was beautifully restored and had all the modern luxuries you expect, our walk in shower was amazing. The food was fantastic, they had really approached the "foody" nature of Ludlow very well. We will go back again. - The situation was perfect.Room was warm and extremely comfortable,and the ensuite excellent.Everything was well presented and a great deal of care was taken over the comfort of the guests.The food was out of this world.
