  The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The local knowledge of the reception staff on arrival and the guidance given by phone, to find the hotel from LUTON AIRPORT was excellent - suprisingly noisy in the room facing the main road although we were a fair distance from the road and the road was only an A road .

  A beautiful old building with a pretty restaurant. Bedrooms in newerwing so modern and clean. Excellent breakfast - loads of choice. Veryattentive waiting staff. Quick and efficient check in/out despite itbeing busy. Quiet bedroom overlooking fields. Wedding party going on butwe couldn't hear anything. Loved the spa - used the pool, sauna andsteam ... hva folk sier » room.
