The local knowledge of the reception staff on arrival and the guidance given by phone, to find the hotel from LUTON AIRPORT was excellent - suprisingly noisy in the room facing the main road although we were a fair distance from the road and the road was only an A road .

  A beautiful old building with a pretty restaurant. Bedrooms in newerwing so modern and clean. Excellent breakfast - loads of choice. Veryattentive waiting staff. Quick and efficient check in/out despite itbeing busy. Quiet bedroom overlooking fields. Wedding party going on butwe couldn't hear anything.
