Everything! From the moment we arrived until leaving, we were treated in such a way that made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, on one occasion our toddler had to go to the hospital, and not only Bank took us there, he waited for us (we weren't charged for this). Personel was enormly helpful, friendly and kind. Nothing was issue for them. They arranged everything we asked.
The hotel is new and very clean. It is good situated and it offers a lot of complimentary options (for example transport to close beaches, byciles). There are good restaurants nearby and a 24/7 shop opened. Also a fitness centrum across the street.
I do really recommend this hotel! Staying here was an amazing experience.

Brilliant stay. Hotel & spa is proper 5 star, staff are very
freindly and helpful. Rooms are great wih fantastic views. Breakfast
included up to 10:15 and was really good. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk
to the beach strip, and the hotel came with free membership access to
the 2 best beach clubs on the beach strip (catch beach club and bimi
beach club). Free buggy service from the room to the reception or down
on to the beach and back. Hotel has free wifi as do the 2 beach clubs.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but our room was beautiful and the staff could not have been more pleasant, both during the check-in and at breakfast.
The range of food available at breakfast was vast and delicious.
We have already recommended Villa Zolitude to friends and we will definitely return for a longer stay. -

The friendliness of the management and staff was outstanding. The private pool was a beautiful place to cool off and the main pool quite gorgeous with its double horizon. The villa facilities were very good and we wanted for nothing. In the evening we enjoyed taking a drink and a tapas at the Z Bar, watching the sunset, then we'd wander down to the main restaurant for a meal. Very easy.

Ordered dessert wrongly but staff at Black Ginger instantly changed without issues, and we were not charged for our first round of incorrect orders...way to go to ensure we will be back. Food was outstanding! Housekeeping staff were tremendous and sorry we were in such a hurry, we didnt leave them a decent tip. - Wonderful staff and overall hotel
