was quite and clean, beds were softer than most we have stayed in before such as sugar palm resort.
Close to the safer part of kata beach for swimming/surfing.
New restaurants have opened up around the hotel with great food, a bit higher priced but you get what you pay for, this end of kata is really starting to take of.
Friendly staff with a few who understand english very well, would stay here again.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Located in Kata Beach with great staff, a good swimming pool and a good restaurant. I would definitely go back. -

Very nice staff.Staff were amazing with kids. Very clean rooms. Window between bedroom-bathroom was good as you could watch kids bathing.Comfy Beds. Good pool chairs/loungers. I asked for fried rice&boiled eggs for breakfast and they did it for me.Hotel only 5 min walk to mall. -

Renhold, personale og service. - the hotel would have been perfect but for the point of the building work going on throughout the pool area. which ran throughout the length of the hotel. - The hotel staff was very nice. What can I say... this place is simply amazing. Jens and his wife Bow really did a great job with their guesthouse. The apartments are spacious, always clean and a real eyecatcher. Moreover the outside pool is just a few steps away and you can almost consider it as a private pool because it has never been busy with other guests. Take a dip in the

Beside from the cool apartments one of the best thing about this place is its staff. Bow is a really friendly and care -
I loved this Guesthouse. The rooms were beautiful (I stayed in a standard room one night and in the bungalow other few nights), with huge bathtubs, comfortable beds and a nice swimming pool just outside of the rooms.
The Guesthouse's owners just couldn't be nicer; they gave me a lift from/to the airport and helped me in reaching the beach as well, and in general - they were very nice and helpful during my stay.
The Guesthouse has a family-like atmosphere, which made my stay there very cozy.
