I arrived without reservation and into the early morning hours at the last minute. Although there is always policy, I was accomodated after a short wait when the morning staff arrived. They were very friendly and helpful with understanding of my exhaustion from traveling. They have all the ammentities one would want to utilize while their stay.

The very clean new room with large spacious Bed. Change of linens, towels and water everyday. Very close to restaurants, bars and 10min walk to the beach. The hosts Mr. Big and Keaw were absolutely friendly, pleasant and very helpful with everything. They made us feel like home. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. -

The breakfast simple but delicious. The owners were taking care of all

The hotel is well situated and is only a short walk to the beach. Tony, the owner is a very helpful and friendly person. We arrived early and he came out to meet us, he knew who we were, and booked us straight in. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Vincent the owner was fantastic, provide us with a mobile phone so we could contact him at all times. Free airport transfers, great location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the party districts. Villa was lovely, very clean and well presented. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
