  The staff were particularly helpfull especially when the remote control for my car was disabled due to the adjacent government which had a radar exclusion zone. - The room was spacious, newly decorated, spotlessly clean, and elegant. It was a great location--easy walk to the Bilbao, great tapas bars three blocks away.

  This has to be one of the best hotels in Europe - even in the Café, one could eat different meals for a week and not need to have the same dish again. Parking is underneath hotel and accessed without having to check in first. The location is great only 10mins walk from Guggenheim Museum through the nicer parts of Bilbao. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The bed in the hotel was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in.

  Rent.Store rom. Hyggelig betjening - The last night I woke up and the whole floor was covered with water. My shoes, bag and clothing were soaking wet. In the morning I informed the reseptionist what had happened. It was a leek from the next room. I got no excuse and that really upset me.

  Very helpful staff, lovely rooms, good food available in the bar and good location for the Guggenheim - we took a tram which stopped only 100 yds from the hotel. - You got what you expected from staying at a 4* and the hotel staff were very helpful.

  It was next to the old town which was within 10mins walk of the hotel (although up a hill on the way home). We felt the old town had a lovely buzz in the evening, very Spanish and not many tourists. The hotel was very clean, and paying 50 euros a night made the hotel extremely good value for money. The hotel is about 15-20 mins from the airport, ... hva folk sier » which costs about 25 euros. - This was a stop for convenience for us before getting the ferry early next day. It was easy to find and park and easy to get to the port in 30 minutes. The parking was secure and the room large and comfortable though a bit impersonal. Due to time restrictions we ate at the hotel which was fine.....not outstanding but quite good and suited us for the last night in Spain.
