I have paid five times the amount I did and received less comfort, hospitality and customer service. Many thanks for a great weekend. - The location is great. Nearby the metro station and it's possible to walk to all the things you want to see. Nearby a square with lots of restaurants. Because the plane would leave in the evening and there were no gasts after us, we could stay in the appartment untill we had to leave for the airport with no extra charge. The check-in manager was very kind and helpfull. The appartment and the beds were good.

  This place is Perfect for visiting Madrid! The owner - Rufinio, that the man that is very helpful and attintive to your demands. We rented 1 room with large bed and shower for our stay in Madrid. The place is clean and cozy, everything is working in the room (internet, tv, air-con, shower etc.). Location is very close to everything (Museums, shops... hva folk sier » , foods, attractions)! If not the size of room I would say it's a 3 star hotel:) Definitely will be back to that one and of cause recommended! Thank y - The room was great. When we booked, we got a double with a shared toilette. We were surprised when there was a shower and sink in our room just not the toilette. The room was big, clean, and there was a cleaning service everyday. Also the place is very secure, we had a safe in the room and three separate locked doors(the front door of the building, the door into the hostel, then our room door).

  Location, location, location! The apartment was great. It met all our needs. It was clean and very functional. Also, Jose Manuel was a great host! He gave us all the information we needed. He went above and beyond what was expected. My daughter's luggage was misplaced by the airline. Jose Manuel agreed to be the airline's contact and had the lugga... hva folk sier » ge delivered to him. He then personally delivered the luggage to us. What more can I say? Thank you so much Jose Manuel! You made our Madrid vacation - The owner was very accommodating. The location was very near market places and metros. It was a very convenient location if you are staying in Madrid longer than 2 days! The kitchen was well equipped and there is a good washing machine that actually worked.
