everything was absolutely top notch, if you are looking for somewhere to stay on a short break to Madrid I would look no further than these apartments. I have paid five times the amount I did and received less comfort, hospitality and customer service. Next time I travel to Madrid I will no doubt stay in these apartments, and I will be recommending the same to my friends and family. Many thanks for a great weekend.
alle vurderinger » The location is great. Nearby the metro station and it's possible to walk to all the things you want to see. Nearby a square with lots of restaurants. Because the plane would leave in the evening and there were no gasts after us, we could stay in the appartment untill we had to leave for the airport with no extra charge. The check-in manager was very kind and helpfull. The appartment and the beds were good. Air conditioning in both bedroom and living area. Large outside terrace with parasol. Really well equipped kitchen. Incredibly clean apartment. Lift to all floors. Really secure apartment block. Close to two metro stations in a lively and non intimidating, diverse area. Easy to walk to main attractions. Friendly owner, very helpful with excellent English. Free WiFi. Negotiable late check out. Flat was big enough, new modern and well kept. Beds relatively comfortable (we had our own pillows so can't comment on those). Kitchen was good enough and comfortable sofa and TV. Hot water in the shower. Just a few metres away from Carrefour market supermarket and Lavapies metro station (which has a lift for access too). The unit was clean and tidy and spacious and handy to all amenity's,the Security system of the building was very good,what is important when traveling in Spain. Lovely spacious apartment. Great facilities. Appartment was a good deal, well furnished. That our stay was so short!. It was indeed very noisy, you could hear everything from the other appartsments and the elevator. The patio is nothing, so you better take a room with windows at the front. For three nights only one big and one small towel. That's too few. Patio set on terrace old and broken. Otherwise perfect!. Walls are very thin - we kept hearing the front door and people passing by every time people entered/left the building. Also there are about 10 or so steps to get to the apartment which is on the ground floor ...annoying when we had a pushchair!! (The lift was up the 10 steps near the apartment so useless for us!) Worth noting that it is located in the middle of a hill...so you have to walk up (or down) everytime from the metro...again noticeable because of the pushchair. I cannot fault anything. Location. Lavapies is not a very nice location for a family. Maybe people traveling with children should be forewarned. drunk people at night could be scary for older ones.
