The single room was larger than many others I have stayed in. Spacious and very pleasant public seating area.   It took about 15 min by walk from the Atocha to the hostal. And it is right opposite to the Prado Museum. For a late visit there, this could be ideal. The room is not very small considering what usually the location will imply. Room is clean and tidy. I especially like the small details of their linen which gave comfort to one's stay. The location is very good as well, being close to the main museums and many popular bars and restaurants. Also, the Atocha railway station is close by, which includes an express bus to the airport which runs day and night at high frequency. In summary I would say the hotel is very good value for money indeed.
