  The building has obviously recently renovated and rebuilt with excellent taste and attention to detail. We stayed in two suites on two different occasions and both were extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. It was spotless large and the kitchen and washing facilities were top-class. Even though we did not do much cooking everything was there. The parking was in the same building a great plus point. w number of cafes and restaurants were around the corner. A fantastic place for a family. And the three bedrooms meant everyone had his/her space. We loved every minute and will never stay anywhere else

  The location is great, relaly close to the bus station and the city centre. the staff is welcoming. they help a lot when you ask a question. It is clean and cosy, reflects a real Parisian style.   The apartments are very cheap, and quite big (for 3 persons). It is in the middle of sevilla, 15 min walking from the cathedral. The old lady who made us the check in, was a very nice person.   It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, new and nice, located in a very lively area, but just a few meters apart so that it was quite and calm.
