  The building has obviously recently renovated and rebuilt with excellent taste and attention to detail. We stayed in two suites on two different occasions and both were extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Some suites have lovely private terraces an - This apartment totally made me a apartment aficionado. I will never stay in a hotel or B&B again. It was spotless large and the kitchen and washing facilities were top-class. Even though we did not do much cooking everything was there. The parking was in the same building a great plus point. w number of cafes and restaurants were around the corner. A fantastic place for a family. And the three bedrooms meant everyone had his/her space. We loved every minute and will never stay anywhere else

  The location is great, relaly close to the bus station and the city centre. the staff is welcoming. they help a lot when you ask a question. It is clean and cosy, reflects a real Parisian style.   Easy 9min walk from bus-station. Joan on the night desk was very cheerful and helpful, despite limited English (but he makes the effort). 24hr front desk. Nice wall tiling. Standing fans in rooms are very effective. - big twin room. Clean and functional. Nice staff who were helpful even if they dont speak English.

De kamers zijn niet echt heel ruim, maar je moet in Sevilla ook niet op je kamer zitten, maar al het moois bekijken!! Het geluid van buitenaf valt ook wel mee.   It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, new and nice, located in a very lively area, but just a few meters apart so that it was quite and calm. The owners are reliable, sharp and ver y kind. I don't have any comment or suggestion to improve it. It is just great. - The owners were fantastic. We were in 2 different apts. The 2nd apt. did not have an enclosed 2nd bedroom for 2 people but was okay for the one night.
